COVID-19, Event Scheduling Information
Dear Valued Clients and Future Clients,
Due to concerns surrounding COVID-19 (cornoavirus) and it's impact to our communities where we live, work and play, we feel that it is important to address concerns that our clients may have in regards to upcoming events that have been scheduled with Events By Design. As you know, this continues to be an extremely fluid situation that we will continue to monitor. We understand that this uncertainty will cause many unknowns in preparing and planning for your weddings and events. The good news is, we are here to help.
Events By Design is a home based business and therefore we will remain open during this time for business that can be conducted over the phone or internet. We are eager to assist our valued customers in the following ways:
- If you have an event booked with us in the next 8 weeks please contact us to discuss the many alternative options we can provide for you. Because our clients events are so diverse in location, size and occasion, we will be addressing each one individually, as each one will have specific needs or requirements that we will strive to meet.
- If you have an event booked later in 2020, we are available by phone or email and are happy to assist you as your plans proceed. If there are items you would like to add to your order be sure to let us know. At this time we will be accepting and honoring reservations for add on items with no additional deposits for events that are currently booked . We will address each clients event, items and account as your event date draws near and as we receive new updates about any restrictions that are in place for events at that time.
- If you would like or have requested a quote from us for an event or wedding in late 2020 or 2021, we are available to assist you with any questions or if you would like to book your event. Because we do have clients who want to proceed with bookings, we have made the decision to accept reservations without a deposit for events in 2020 at this time due to the uncertainty of what event restrictions will be in place. Once we have information from authorities that it is okay to proceed, then your deposit would be due. In the meantime your reservation would be secured. 2021 bookings require a 50% deposit. If you want to book 2021 but need payment arrangements please contact us.
